Tomato Carrot Soup

Here I did'nt use cornflour or any artificial food colour.
Ingredient

2persons.

10 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut tomatoes and carrot into pieces.
* Step 2
Heat a pan,add olive oil and chopped shallot,frt for 30 seconds.
* Step 3
Add bay leaf and cloves,add tomatoes and carrot also.Saute for 39 seconds.
* Step 4
Add 2.5 cups water and add salt.Cover and cook on medium flame for 6-7 minutes.
* Step 5
After that mash the veggies and discard bay leaf.
* Step 6
Adjust consistency of soup by adding some water.Boil for 1 minute.
* Step 7
Put off flame and take out in serving bowls.Garnish with cream and pepper powder.
* Step 8
Serve hot with bread sticks/croutons.
