Tangi Dinner Roll

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 cup

maida

1/2 tsp

sugar

1/2 tsp

salt

2 tbsp

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Dissolve sugar and yeast in lukewarm water,mix and leave for 5 minutes.

* Step 2

Mix oil,maida and salt to a crumbled state.Add yeast mixture.Add red chilli powder and chaat masala.

* Step 3

Knead to a soft dough till 5 minutes.Apply some oil on dough,cover and rest in a warm place for 60-70 minutes.

* Step 4

After then again knead the dough to remove the air.Divide into 2-3equall balls.

* Step 5

Make a shape of bun-roll.keep in the baking tray and cover.leave for 10 minutes. Meanwhile preheat an oven at 180°cfor10 minutes

* Step 6

Brush the buns/rolls with milk.Apply seseme seeds and bake them for 25 minutes at 180 °c.

* Step 7

After 25 minutes,take out rolls.Apply a lil butter on it.Serve.
