Mutton Liver Roast

Ingredient

Food ration :

2-3persons.

Cooking time :

15 minutes.
250 grams

mutton liver

1 tsp

salt

1/2 tsp

vinegar

1/4 cup

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take liver in a ball,marinate with cumin powder,chilli powder,coriander seeds,crushed pepper corns and vinegar.Leave for 5 minutes.

* Step 2

Heat oil in a pan.Add liver fry on medium flame for 2 minutes.

* Step 3

Cover the liver after 2 minutes and lower the flame.Cook for 10 minutes.

* Step 4

Now liver is soft and ready to serve.Put off flame.Add salt,green chillies and coriander leaves.Mix well.

* Step 5

Serve hot with lemon and onion slices.
