Sattu ki kachori is an all time favourite tea time snack.Here I used whole wheat flour instead of maida.,and in stuffing I used chana sattu with lots of spices.
Ingredient

4 persons
Cooking time :
50 minutes.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix flour, ghee /oil and salt to make a semi hard dough after adding some water.Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.
* Step 2
Chopped onion, green chillies, garlic and ginger.
* Step 3
In a bowl take sattu, add chopped veggies and all powdered spices. Add 1 tsp mustard oil and lemon juice also.
* Step 4
Mix all to crumble, keep aside.
* Step 5
Now divide the wheat flour dough into 8 equall portions,flatten each portion and stuff 2 tbsp sattu stuffing into it. Moist the edges with water and seal the edges to give the shape of kachori.
* Step 7
Heat oil on medium flame, when warm add 4 kachoris to the oil. Fry on low flame. After 10 minutes flip the kachoris and fry on another side till golden.
* Step 8
Kachoris are ready, take out and serve hot.
