Instant kulfi

Instant kulfi

This kulfi recipe is without cream or rabdi.I often make this and the kulfis are finished in no time.

Ingredient

Food ration :

3-4 persons

Cooking time :

10 minutes.
1 cup

milk

1/2 cup

milk powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Coarsely grond bread slices to get a crumbled texture.

* Step 2

Boil milk in a pan,add bread,sugar and milk powder.

* Step 3

Cook on medium heat till thick.Add cardemompowder.Let it cool.

* Step 4

When cooled,pour into kulfi moulds and keep in freezer for 8-10 hours.

* Step 5

After 8 hours,kulfis are ready to be served. Demould and serve chilled.
