Dragon fruit firni

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings

Cooking time :

5-7 minutes.
500 ml

milk

1/4 cup

rice flour

1/2 teaspoon

kewra

1/4 cup

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil milk in a pan,add rice flour and stir continuously to avoid lumping.

* Step 2

After 2-3 minutes add sugar,stir and cook on low flame.

* Step 3

Meanwhile make a padte of dragon fruit cubes,and add to milk.Stire and cook on low flame till thick.

* Step 4

Add kewra water and take out in serving dish.Garnish with dryfruits.Firni is ready to serve.Serve hot/chilled.
