Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take all ingredients for making katori in a bowl,mix and knead a semi soft dough.Cover and leave for 20 minutes.Roll 2 equal sized rotis of 1/4"thick.
* Step 2
Put katori in middle of roti and cover the katori add shown in picture.Trim the edges.Deep fry for 6-7 minutes on medium to low flame.
* Step 3
Take out from pan and put half of the boiled potato cubes in one katori.Then put half boiled peas,followed by curd,then pour both of the chutneys.Sprinkle cumin powder,rock salt and chilli powder.Put sev over the chaat.
* Step 4
Prepare another katori in same manner.Serve.
