Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a wok, add oil, heat it, in goes hing, onion & green chilli, saute it until light brown.
* Step 2
Add in ginger garlic, saute it for a minute.
* Step 3
In goes tomato & salt (adjustable), mix it well. Cook it for a minute.
* Step 4
Side by side, take another pan, add oil, heat it, in goes hing & garlic, saute it until brown. Add methi leaves, stir fry it for a minute, add in salt & chilli flakes, mix it well, cook it on moderate flame until dry, keep aside.
* Step 5
Now add haldi powder, dhania powder & kashmiri red chilli powder in the masala, mix it well. Add lil water, stir fry it until oil has oozed out.
* Step 6
In goes paneer, mix it well.
* Step 7
Now add cooked methi, mix it well. Stir fry it until dry.
* Step 8
Add garam masala powder, mix it well.
* Step 9
Add in 1/2 cup hot water, mix it well, give a boil. Cook it covered on low flame until dry.
* Step 10
Turn off the flame, open the lid after 5 minutes. Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with a dhania sprig...
