Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Hard boil eggs, peel them, slit them, marinated in a mixing bowl with salt, haldi powder & red chilli powder, keep aside.

* Step 2

For Gravy Masala....Take a pan, add onion, tomato, tejpatta, bari elaichi, laung, kali mirch, dalchini, choti elaichi, garlic cloves, ginger, green chilli & kaju, top up with water, boil it until tomato becomes mushy, turn off the flame, allow it to cool down, remove tejpatta & bari elaichi, grind it to a fine paste, keep aside.

* Step 3

Take a wok or pan, add 1 tbsp oil, heat it, fry eggs till light brown, take out in a bowl, keep aside.

Now take another wok or pan, add rest of the oil & butter, heat it, moderate the flame, add choti elaichi, saute it for 10 sec.

Add in ginger garlic paste, mix it well, sprinkle lil water, cook it until oil has oozed out.

Now add 4 tbsp gravy masala, mix it well, add in salt, dhania powder, haldi powder & red chilli powder, mix it well. In goes lil water, give a stir.

* Step 7

Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it until oil has surfaced.

Open the lid, mix dahi & fresh cream, add in the masala, mix it well, cook it covered on low flame until oil has oozed out.

Open the lid, add sugar, kashmiri red chilli powder, kasoori methi & garam masala powder, mix it well, increase the flame, cook it for a minute.

In goes fried eggs, stir fry it for a minute. Add in 1 cup hot water, stir it, give a boil.

* Step 11

Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it until gravy becomes saucy. Turn off the flame, open the lid after 10 minutes.

Take out in a serving bowl, sprinkle lil fresh cream, garnish it with dhania leaves..
