Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan, add oil, heat it, add in peanuts, curry leaves, garlic, ginger & green chilli, stir fry it until fragrant.
* Step 2
Turn off the flame, allow it to cool down. Take a mixer jar, add coconut & peanut masala.
* Step 3
Now add salt & lil water, grind it to a fine paste. Take out in a bowl, keep aside.
* Step 4
Take a tadka pan, add oil, heat it. Add rai, let it splutter. In goes curry patta & dry red chilli, saute it until brown.
* Step 5
Pour it over chutney, mix it well. Garnish it with a dhania sprig.
