Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash Shimla mirch, keep aside. Keep aside boiled aloo too.
* Step 2
Take a wok, add oil, heat it. In goes hing & zeera, let it splutter.
* Step 3
Now add ginger garlic, saute it for a minute. Add in onion, stir fry it for a minute.
* Step 4
In goes Shimla mirch, mix it well.
* Step 5
Add aloo now, stir fry it for a minute. Add in salt & sugar, mix it well. Now add haldi powder, red chilli powder, dhania powder & garam masala powder, mix it well.
* Step 6
Sprinkle lil water, give a stir. Add tomato now, stir fry it for a minute.
* Step 7
In goes dhania patta, mix it well.
* Step 8
Turn off the flame, take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with a dhania sprig...
