Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a wok, add good amount of oil, heat it. Fry aloo pcs until light brown, take out in a dish, keep aside.
* Step 2
Now take a mixing bowl, add dahi & milk, whisk it nicely, add lil more milk if dahi is thick, do not add water.
* Step 3
In goes salt, black salt, zeera powder, black pepper powder, sugar & red chilli powder one by one, whisk it nicely.
* Step 4
Now add fried aloo & anaar dana, mix it well.
* Step 5
Transfer it to a serving bowl, garnish it with dhania patta & anaar dana, sprinkle red chilli flakes.
