Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a wok or pan, heat it. Add makhana, moderate the flame, dry roast them until crispy pink.
* Step 2
Now take a mixing bowl, add dahi, whisk it nicely. Add lil water to make it a lil thin (semi thick),
* Step 3
In goes salt, zeera powder, black salt, sugar or honey, black pepper powder & red chilli powder, mix it well. Add dhania patta & green chilli. Mix it well. In goes dry roasted makhana, mix it well. Keep aside.
* Step 4
Take a pan, add ghee or oil, heat it. Add hing & zeera, let it splutter. Turn off the flame, add Kashmiri red chilli powder, pour it immediately onto dahi makhana, mix it well.
* Step 5
Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with some anaar dana & dhania sprig.
