Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a mixing bowl, add ata, salt, red chili powder & gram masala powder. Now add dahi, mix it well. Add water slowly, whisk it nicely till semi thick smooth pouring consistency.
* Step 2
Add veggies one by one, mix it nicely.
* Step 3
In goes oil, mix it again, rest it for 1/2 hr.
* Step 4
Take a non-stick tawa, brush some oil, wipe it. Moderate the flame.
* Step 5
Add small portions of the batter with the help of a ladle. Spread it in the pancake shape.
* Step 6
Now add oil around the pancake, cook it until the lower side turns brown. Flip it, cook it in the same manner.
* Step 7
Take out in a serving dish, have it with FALAHARI Chutney.
