Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash dal, strain it, keep aside.
* Step 2
Take a mixer jar, add dal, ginger, green chilli & salt, grind it coarsely. Do not add water.
* Step 3
Take out in a mixing bowl, add ajwain & all the other given ingredients except oil one by one.
* Step 5
Take a wok, add good amount of oil, heat it. Moderate the flame, drop small portions of the batter in hot oil. Deep fry them until brown...
* Step 6
Take out in an absorbent paper, plate it, serve it with green chutney.
* Step 7
A nice tea time bihari snack..
