Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly take a pan, add ghee, heat it. Moderate the flame, fry makhana until crispy.
* Step 2
Cool it, grind it coarsely, keep aside.
* Step 3
Take a pan, add milk, boil it. Lower the flame, keep boiling for 5 minutes.
* Step 4
Now add makhana powder, mix it well. Cook it until a lil thick.
* Step 5
In goes elaichi powder, mix it nicely. Cook it until further thick.
* Step 6
Add sugar or sugar free & kewra water, mix it nicely.
* Step 7
Turn off the flame, take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with nuts & little elaichi powder.
* Step 8
A good post meal dessert.
