Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Take a pressure cooker, add oil, heat it.
* Step 3
Now add zeera, let it splutter. Add ginger garlic paste now, saute it until rawness is released. Add very lil water to avoid burning.
* Step 4
Add onion paste, again add lil water, stir fry it for a minute. Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it until brown.
* Step 5
Now add haldi, dhania & red chilli powder, add very lil water. In goes salt, stir it for a minute. Cover it again, cook it on low flame until oil has oozed out.
* Step 6
Open the lid now, increase the flame, add lauki, stir fry for a minute. Cover it again, cook it on low flame until dry.
* Step 7
Open the lid, increase the flame, add garam masala powder, stir it for a minute.
* Step 8
Now add 1 cup boiled water, mix it well. Place the lid. Give 4 whistles on high flame.
* Step 9
Lower the flame, cook it for 10 minutes. Turn off the flame, allow it to depressurise naturally.
* Step 10
Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.
