Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a deep bottom pan, add good amount of water, 1 tsp salt & 1 tbsp oil. Let it boil. Add vermicelli, cook it until 90% cooked. Strain it, put it under running water, keep aside.
* Step 2
Take a wok, add oil, heat it. Add Rai, let it splutter.
* Step 3
Add onion & green chilli, saute it until pink.
* Step 4
Now add paneer & aloo, mix it well. Add haldi powder & salt, stir fry it for a minute.
* Step 5
In goes vermicelli, stir fry it for 2 minutes. Add garam masala powder & dhania patta, mix it well. Stir fry it for a minute.
* Step 6
Turn off the flame, take out in a dish, allow it to cool down.
* Step 7
Mix it thoroughly. Take small portions, roll it, give the shape of patties. Make all the patties in the same manner.
* Step 8
Take a wok, add good amount of oil, heat it.
* Step 9
Moderate the flame, drop the patties 2 at a time in the hot oil, deep fry them until light brown.
* Step 10
Take out on an absorbent paper so that extra oil is absorbed.
* Step 11
Plate it, serve it with sauce & chutney...
