Steamed ginger chicken with sesame oil
I do not take much carbs, so 1 chicken breast will be my meal. So adjust the meat accordingly if there’s rice.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Season the chicken breast with salt and let it sit on a plate flat
* Step 2
Cut the broccoli into florets
* Step 3
Season the broccoli florets with salt
* Step 4
Grill it at 220 degree for 10-15 mins. If you would like it crunchy stick to 10 mins and if you like it crispy, go for 15 mins.
* Step 6
Thinly slice the ginger into streaks
* Step 7
Cut the shiitake mushroom into slices
* Step 8
Cut the lotus root into slices
* Step 9
Place the lotus root and shiitake mushrooms on top of the chicken breast
* Step 10
Then top with the sliced ginger and chopped garlic
* Step 11
Drizzle sesame oil over the chicken breast
* Step 12
Drizzle Hua Tiao wine over the chicken breast
* Step 13
Steam the chicken breast for 20 mins on small to medium heat
