I have used some veggies along with paneer ..
Hope you ll like it ..

Ingredient
Food ration :
3 servings
Cooking time :
30 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a big wok or pan, add 2 tbsp oil, heat it.
* Step 2
Add all the veggies, sprinkle some salt, stir fry it for a minute.
* Step 3
Now sprinkle some water 💦, cover it with the lid, lower the flame, cook it until almost cooked.
* Step 4
Side by side add oil in another big wok or pan, add oil, heat it.
* Step 5
Add thai green curry paste, stir it for a minute. Add coconut milk, give a stir.
* Step 6
Now add salt & sugar, mix it well.
* Step 7
In goes all the fried veggies & paneer, give a stir. Add lil water if thick.
* Step 8
Simmer it for 3 minutes. May add some basil leaves also.
* Step 9
Turn off the flame, cover it for a minute.
* Step 10
Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with fresh basil leaves. Have it with Rice.
* Step 11
I have used paneer as per the availability..
