Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Take a deep bottom pan, add oil, heat it.
* Step 3
Add ginger garlic grated, saute it till rawness is released.
* Step 4
Now add onion & veggies, saute it for a minute.
* Step 5
Add tomato & salt, stir fry it for 3 minutes.
* Step 6
Add rice, stir fry it for 2 minutes.
* Step 7
Now add tomato, green chilli puree, give a stir.
* Step 8
Add in black pepper powder and garam masala powder, stir it for a minute.
* Step 9
Add 3 cup water, give a stir.
* Step 10
Let it boil for a minute, lower the flame, cover it with the lid.
* Step 11
Cook it till done. Do not stir in between.
* Step 12
Switch off the flame, open the lid after 10 minutes.
* Step 13
Take out in a serving dish, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.
