Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a mixing bowl, add kutu ata.
* Step 2
Add salt, red chilli powder & garam masala powder.
* Step 3
Now add all the veggies one by one, mix it well.
* Step 4
Add water slowly slowly b, make a thin batter (not runny). Add oil, mix it well.
* Step 5
Add dhania patta, mix it well.
* Step 6
Take a non-stick pan or tawa, add lil oil, heat it.
* Step 7
Moderate the flame, pour 1 ladle full on the pan, spread in circle, make chila.
* Step 8
Cook it both side till light brown.
* Step 9
Take out in a serving dish, have it with any chutney or dip.
* Step 10
It's a very good breakfast recipe. You can also have as a tea time snack.
