Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a wok or pan, add oil, heat it. Now add onion, stir fry it until golden brown.
* Step 2
Add aloo, stir fry it at low flame till light brown. Add salt & all powdered masala. Stir fry it for a while at high flame.
* Step 3
Stop the flame now, take out in a bowl, keep aside.
* Step 4
Kadhi Solution... Take a mixing bowl, add curd, red chilli powder & garam masala powder, whisk it well to make a homogeneous solution.
* Step 5
Now take another wok, add oil, heat it. Add zeera, let it splutter.
* Step 6
Add kadhi solution, also add some water, keep stirring. Add salt also. Stir it nicely up to first boil.
* Step 7
Add cooked aloo, lower the flame, stir it for a while.
* Step 8
Cover it with the lid, cook it till a lil thick.
* Step 9
Switch off the flame. Open the lid after a while.
* Step 10
Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.
