Ingredient

Spinach

1 tablespoon

Carom

1 tablespoon

Cumin Seeds

1 tablespoon

Cumin Powder

1 tablespoon

Fennel Powder

1 tablespoon

Kasuri Methi

as required

Salt to taste

as required

Water

1 tablespoon

Red Chili Powder

1 tablespoon

coriander Powder

1/2 tablespoon

Turmeric Powder

2 Tbsp

Curd

2 Tbsp

Semolina

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take wheat flour and add semolina and gram flour in it. Add all the spices in the flour along with curd and a bit amount of oil.Mix all ingredients and add some amount of water. Knead and make dough. Let it rest for 15 min.Now knead once again and cut the dough into 2 pieces. Make little ball out of it and roll out with help of roller and make puri shape out of it. Now heat oil to fry puri.

Fry till it turns golden brown in color.Take out of oil. Now your palak puri is ready to serve with peanut chutney and tomato chutney or curd as you wish.
