Palak Puri is made with Spinach. This is a spicy yet tasty Puri.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take wheat flour and add semolina and gram flour in it.
Add all the spices in the flour along with curd and a bit amount of oil.Mix all ingredients and add some amount of water.
Knead and make dough.
Let it rest for 15 min.Now knead once again and cut the dough into 2 pieces.
Make little ball out of it and roll out with help of roller and make puri shape out of it.
Now heat oil to fry puri.
* Step 2
Fry till it turns golden brown in color.Take out of oil.
Now your palak puri is ready to serve with peanut chutney and tomato chutney or curd as you wish.
