tangy and spicy condiment prepared from raw or unripe mango which is typically eaten as side dish. there are several variations to this simple chutney recipe and this post is inspired from the south indian mango chutney.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly, in a heavy bottomed kadai heat oil.
* Step 2
Also add in 1 cup raw mango, 3 cloves garlic and salt to taste.
* Step 3
Further add prepared mango chutney.
