Coconut burfi

#cookpad #cookpadindia #NFC #SC3 #week3 This is an easy and tasty recipe of coconut burfi made with mava and desiccated coconut. The coconut burfi had a melt in the mouth soft texture. You can also make coconut ladoos with the same mixture.

Ingredient

Cooking time :

16-20 minutes
1 cup

Coconut

2-3 tablespoons

Desiccated coconut

1 1/2 tablespoon

Ghee

2-3 tablespoon

Milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add scraped coconut and sauté till fragrant.Add khoya and mix well and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

* Step 2

Add milk and sugar free, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.Add desiccated coconut and keep stirring for 30 seconds.

* Step 3

Transfer the mixture into a greased aluminium tray and spread evenly. Place the tray in the refrigerator for about an hour.

* Step 4

Cut into squares of diamonds and serve.
