This is an easy and tasty recipe of coconut burfi made with mava and desiccated coconut. The coconut burfi had a melt in the mouth soft texture. You can also make coconut ladoos with the same mixture.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add scraped coconut and sauté till fragrant.Add khoya and mix well and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
* Step 2
Add milk and sugar free, mix well and cook for 2 minutes.Add desiccated coconut and keep stirring for 30 seconds.
* Step 3
Transfer the mixture into a greased aluminium tray and spread evenly. Place the tray in the refrigerator for about an hour.
* Step 4
Cut into squares of diamonds and serve.
