#SC2 #week2 Monaco biscuit are a popular tea time accompaniment in India . In fact , some of us love it so much that we keep looking for more ways to enjoy it . How many of you remember talking Monaco biscuit sandwiched with cheese and pineapple in your snack box when you were kids? Will here is another awesome recipe that both kids and adults will enjoy . It is so easy that kids can even try and make it themselves . Kids favourite chaat

Ingredient

Food ration :

20 minutes
1/2 Teaspoon

Oil

1/4 Teaspoon

mustard seeds

1/4 Teaspoon

cumin seeds

1/2 Teaspoon

red chilli powder

1/4 Teaspoon

garam masala powder

1/4 Teaspoon

amchur powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Making Aloo Masala Stuffing

* Step 2

BoilPotatoesand mash them.

* Step 3

Heatoil in a kadhai. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and let them splutter.

* Step 4

Addmashed potatoes and mix it well. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, amchur powder and garam masala. Finally add salt to taste.

* Step 5

Mixeverything well. Switch off the gas and let the masala cool down.

Assembling the Bites

* Step 7

Take two Monaco Bisuits. Add Aloo masala on one of them and cover it with another Monaco Biscuit.

* Step 8

Apply Ketchup on the sides of the Monaco Bites where the Aloo masala is visible and roll it over nylon sev.

* Step 9

Eat it. Gulp it. Monaco Bites are ready to serve.
