Cooking instructions
* Step 1
We would be cooking together spinach and peas in a teaspoon of oil for 2-3mins.This is done to evaporate extra moisture.
* Step 2
Cool this mixture. We will grind this to paste, together with green chillies and ginger
* Step 3
2 tbsp roasted gram flour and bread crumbs will act as binding agents.We mix the gringed paste, boiled mashed potatoes and spices together(spices would be garam masala, little amchoor, cardamom powder and salt according to taste).
* Step 4
Make tikkis of it and shallow fry them on a non-stick skillet
