Mango phirni

Ingredient

1/2 litre

milk

1 tbsp

rice flour

1 tbsp

sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Keep 1/2 litre milk for boiling over low flame When milk comes to boil, add paste of 1 tbsp rice flour with a tbsp hot milk (you can use paste of soaked rice too)

* Step 2

Let it reduce on low flame with continuous stirring.. As I would be adding mangoes too, I added less of sugar.. 1 tbsp

* Step 3

Add soaked saffron. You can add mango puree... I added freshly chopped mangoes... Served chill with chopped nuts 😊

* Step 4

Served with chole bhature
