This is just so satisfying...
A new thing tried.Came out delicious.
Healthy. No oil recipe.
Perfect evening snack as well as filling breakfast.
Ingredient
Cooking time :
15 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all the above ingredients in a big bowl. Pour the batter in a greased tin and steam for about 15-18 minutes.
Remove from steamer and let it cool.
* Step 2
For tempering,
Heat a tsp oil in a pan, crackle jeera, mustard seeds, sesame, curry leaves and crushed garlic (optional)
Pour the tadka over dhokla. Cut and serve.
