Caramel custard toast

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

I deep fried my bread in ghee after cutting them into triangles(you can also toast the bread).

* Step 2

Took 1/2 half litre milk and boiled it. In a deep bottom pan, took 5 tbsp of sugar to caramelise. In caramelised sugar, I added the hot milk with continuous stirring

* Step 3

In 2 tbsp milk mixed, 2 tsp vanilla custard powder. Added this to the boiling milk with caramel. Caramel custard is ready.

* Step 4

Dip deep fried bread in custard and serve with sprinkle of chopped glazed cherries
