Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix paneer, cornflour and salt in a bowl.
Make small balls.. Little bigger than peas.. Deep fry in oil till brown... Keep motis aside
* Step 2
Heat oil in a pan and crackle jeera in it.Saute chopped onions in it till pink.Now add chopped tomato.. Let it cook
* Step 3
Add peas and potato and mix well. Add salt as per taste and garam masala. Add cooked rice... Both white and saffron rice. Give good mix with light hands.
* Step 4
Mix in cashews, kishmish, makhane and paneer.
The pulao or rice is ready... Serve hot topped with beautiful motis.
