Stuffed Rose Laddoos

Stuffed Rose Laddoos

#Diwali Loved by brothers on bhai dooj. As laddoo had their favorite flavors of pan and gulkand.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a large pan, dry roast coconut.. Just a bit to remove moisture.

* Step 2

Now add milk and sugar in the pan. Mix well. Stir at regular intervals at low flame and let it dry.

* Step 3

Now add the ghee and cardamom powder and give a quick mix. Cook till the mixture turns bit sticky.

* Step 4

Off the flame and let it cool down. Add 3 tsp rooh afza syrup to it. Mix well.

* Step 5

Flatten a little mixture of coconut on your palm. Place the stuffing in the centre of it. Place some more coconut mixture over it and roll into laddoos.

* Step 6

Mix together chopped pan, gulkand and tutifruity for the stuffing.

* Step 7

Finally roll the formed laddoos in dessicated coconut. The laddoos are ready.
