* Step 1
Prepared cooked spaghetti for use
* Step 2
Stir-fry the garlic, onion and carrot with salt, black pepper and oregano
* Step 3
Stir-fry minced meat in center until dry
* Step 4
Stir-fry tomato puree in center and mix well
* Step 5
Add red wine and boil for 6 mins
* Step 6
Add canned tomato/diced fresh tomato and mix well until thicken
* Step 7
Add spaghetti and mix well
