Broccoli and Potato Soup 西蘭花薯仔湯

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Pan fry garlic and onion until golden
* Step 2
Add potatoes and broccoli and mix well
* Step 3
Add water to the pot until it cover the ingredients
* Step 4
Boil the mixture and cook for 10 minutes under low heat
* Step 5
Turn off the fire and blend the mixture until smooth
* Step 6
Add 200mL milk and salt to the soup and boil again before serving
* Step 7
Add parsley and black pepper on top as you like
