Lemongrass Pork Chop 香茅豬扒

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Hammer the pork chop to 1.5cm thickness

* Step 2

Add lemongrass, 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 0.5 teaspoon salt, 0.5 teaspoon sugar to the pork chops and mix well

* Step 3

Marinate the pork chops for 2 hours

* Step 4

Remove excess lemongrass from the pork chop before cooking

* Step 5

Sear the pork with high heat for 1 minute on each side

* Step 6

Add some hot water and fry the pork chop with medium heat for 1 minute on each side with lid on

* Step 7

Serve with rice or noodle of your choice
