Roast Chicken 燒春雞

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Defrost chicken to room temperature and dry it before cooking
* Step 2
Rest 60g butter to room temperature and mix with 1 lemon zest and 1 TABLEspoon rosemary
* Step 3
Prepare some vegetables and potatoes on oven tray
* Step 4
Pre heat the oven to 200C
* Step 5
Mix 1 TABLEspoon salt, 0.5 TABLEspoon black pepper, 0.5 TABLEspoon garlic powder and 0.5 TABLEspoon paprika and rub them on the chicken
* Step 6
Put 1/4 onion and 1/4 lemon into the chicken
* Step 7
Seal and fix the chicken using aluminium foil and toothstick if necessary
* Step 8
Put the chicken on top of vegetables with the chest facing up and bake for 30 minutes
* Step 9
Rest the chicken for 15 minutes
* Step 10
Pierce the thigh and check for transparent fluid for doneness
