Baby Back Ribs 烤豬肋骨

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix 0.5 teaspoon Paprika, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika and 2 teaspoon garlic powder for making a powder mixture

* Step 2

Prepare an oven tray with aluminium foil

* Step 3

Pre-heat the oven to 120°C

* Step 4

Wash and dry the ribs

* Step 5

Slightly slice the membranes between each bones of the ribs

* Step 6

Rub the ribs with powder mixture

* Step 7

Place the ribs with bone side up and wrap with the foil

* Step 8

Bake the ribs for 1 hour and 45 mins

* Step 9

Take the ribs out and pre-heat the oven to 200°C

* Step 10

Brush BBQ sauce on both sides and bake for 15 minutes with the foil opened
