Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly take a mixi Jar and leftover Roti and fine powder like crumble and take it out.
* Step 2
Now add Grated Cabbage, capsicum,Red chilli sauce,vinegar, salt,Green chilli,onion, Cornflour, Maida and mix it well. Then we make a small ball. And deep fry to oil.fry until golden brown. And keep aside.
* Step 3
For gravy : take a kadai add some oil add Chopped onion,Green chilli, Garlic ginger paste, Slices Cabbage, capsicum, cook for 3 to 4 minutes.now add Red chilli sauce,green chili sauce,Soya sauce, vinegar, Add 1tablesppon cornflour + water,Add the mixture and continues stir 2 cup of water and let it boil, now add Fry roti ball.and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Turn off the flame.and serve hot with Fried rice, Noodles.
