Ingredient

Suji (Rava)

1 cup

Curd

As required

Water

to taste

Salt

1 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1 teaspoon

Eno powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grinde poha with half cup water like smooth paste.

* Step 2

Transfer the bowl and add rava,curd, salt, Red chilli powder and mix it well rest 5 minutes.

* Step 3

Now add Eno powder and mix it well.

* Step 4

Take a appe pan add 1 teaspoon oil and add 1 tbsp batter and cover lid steam for 5 to 10 minutes.

* Step 5

And serve with tomato sauce and green chutney.

* Step 6

Enjoy your Healthy breakfast.
