Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and Cut all the vegetables keep aside
* Step 2
Take a pan and heat it and pour oil in it.Heat oil add onion and stir fry turn into golden brown.next,add ginger,garlic paste and fry till it turn smell of ginger garlic paste.
* Step 3
Next add tomato,coriander leaf, chilli fry it.
* Step 4
Then add all spices one by one turmeric,chilli powder, curry powder,fry it.
* Step 6
Turn the spices aroma and put in all chopped vegetables.Then add 1cup of water and salt into it.close the pan with lid.slow the medium heat and cook it for 10 minutes.Then open the pan and cook it stir fry.
* Step 7
Gobhi sabji is ready serve hot with rice or chappathi and enjoy.
