Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl add 2 cup chopped cabbage, 1 cup cauliflower, carrot and ½ cup all-purpose flour, 2 tbsp corn flour, 1tsp red chilli powder, 1tsp ginger garlic paste, green chilli and ½ tsp salt. Mix well.
* Step 2
Add 2 tbsp water and prepare a soft dough.Make small manchurian size balls.Heat oil in a kadai and fry these balls until golden brown and crisp. Drain off the fried vegetable balls over kitchen paper and keep
aside.
* Step 3
Now heat oil in a pan add chopped garlic,ginger,onion, green chilli,capsicum and sauté well.
* Step 4
Add chilli flakes, soy sauce,tomato sauce,pepper crushed and ¼ tsp salt.Take 1 bowl add 1 tbsp corn flour and 2 tbsp water mix it well. Now add into the pan mix it well. Again sauté on high flame till the sauce thickens.And finally add fried vegetable balls and mix
gently.Serve hot and enjoy.
