Coconut milk sago is a sweet Chinese dessert made with tapioca/sago, milk and coconut milk . There are different kind of sago like honey dew , water melon , mango , strawberry etc . So I decided to make mango flavor recipe. Here is the recipe of coconut milk sago with mango . Let’s try it your home and enjoy.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Combine the milk, coconut milk and
sugar in a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce to low and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat, cover and let sit for 10 minutes until the sugar is fully dissolved.
* Step 3
Bring the water to a boil. Reduce to low,add the tapioca pearls and, stirring constantly, simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat, cover and let sit for 20 minutes until the tapioca pearls are translucent.
* Step 4
Add the tapioca mixture to the milk
mixture, stir well and cool for up to an hour.then keep it in the refrigerator for 2hour. Then wash and chopped mango.
* Step 7
Serve cold topping with mango and enjoy.
