Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large bowl, stir together the flour, sugar and salt. Use a wooden spoon to stir in enough water to make a soft dough that is elastic but not sticky.
* Step 3
Heat a pan add coriander seed, cumin, and pepper fry it for 2-3 minutes, and turn off the flame. Then make powder. To make delicious Aloo Parathas, boil the potatoes for at least a few hours before you plan to make the parathas, mash them in a large bowl, and cover and refrigerate them. Take them out from the fridge and add
chopped onions, chili, spinach leaves, ginger, coriander leaves, salt, garam masala powder, and red chili powder ground masala Mix it well.
* Step 5
Divide the dough into equal portions and roll them into balls. Apply some oil to the balls and cover them. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
* Step 6
Spread oil on the wood on the top. Place the ball on it and roll it with the help of a rolling pin into a thin sheet. Then Place a mini lime-sized amount of the filling in the center of this spread and cover with another sheet over the filling and seal it carefully. Then roll it again and roll it out evenly into a round shape.
