Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop veggies as mentioned. In cooking pan add all veggies,salt, turmeric powder and water. Mix and cover with lid filled with water. Cook for 8-10 minutes till veggies are tender.
* Step 2
Grind coconut,green chilli, ginger and cumin seeds in mixer jar with 2 tbsp water to make smooth paste.
* Step 3
Add and mix prepared paste in cooked vegetables. Add and mix curd also. Cook for 2 minutes.
* Step 4
In tadka pan add heat coconut oil. Add mustard seeds as splutter add curry leaves. switch off the flame. Pour it on prepared curry.
* Step 5
Serve /Relish Delicious Nutritious Avial in Onam Sadhya Meals.
