Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak rice, urad dal, and fenugreek seeds for 4-5 hours.
* Step 2
Grind the soaked ingredients and until smooth and thick consistency then add salt mix it well and keep aside. Let it ferment overnight.
* Step 3
Use clean grated or powdered jaggery free from dust and stone.
* Step 4
Take the jaggery in a pan add little water and melt it filter and boil thick consistency. Then cool it and use batter.
* Step 6
Mix all the ingredients together to a thick batter.
* Step 8
Grease the paniyaram pan and add few oil or ghee in the moulds heat up well.
* Step 9
Turn the flame to medium and fill the mould 3/4. Cover with a lid and cook.
* Step 10
When the base is set flip then to the other side and cook until done.
* Step 11
Serve sweet paniyaram hot and enjoy.
