* Step 1
Peel off and make a puree of ripe mango.
* Step 2
Add yogurt, sugar, and cardamom powder Blend again till a homogeneous mixture forms. Then pour 1 cup of water and mix it well.
* Step 3
Pour the mango lassi into the serving glasses. And garnish with pomegranate aril.
* Step 4
Serve it cold enjoy the mango lassi
