Kambu dosa is a nutritious, healthy and easy to make instant dosa variety with dosa batter and kambu flour . No soaking , no grinding kambu millet . This is healthy breakfast for kids .

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl mix both dosa batter and kambu flour with some water. Mix well and add salt to taste.
* Step 2
The batter should be watery in consistency.
* Step 3
Heat a dosa tawa now gently pour the batter with ladle. Then apply oil on the side and in the centre. And cook on medium heat for few minutes.cook on both side until fully cooked.
* Step 4
Finally serve kambu dosa hot with coconut chutney enjoy.
