Beetroot fry is a South Indian veg stir fry recipe prepared using beetroot, coconut and spices. It is an easy stir fry recipe prepared in few minutes. Beetroot always healthy vegetables.

* Step 1
Take the beetroot wash them in the water two or three times and peel the skin and cut them into small fine peices.
* Step 2
Then heat the pan add oil, mustard seed, urad dal, dry chili cut into two pieces, and curry leaf to fry.
* Step 3
Next, add beetroot, water and salt. close the lid of the pan and cook for 10 minutes on slow flame.
* Step 4
Finally, add into shredded coconuts and turn off the heat your dish is ready.
