Paneer tikka masala is an Indian dish of marinated paneer cheese served in a spiced gravy. It is a vegetarian alternative to chicken tikka masala.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, add ground nut oil in apan heat it at a high temperature then turn off the flame. add gram flour in hot oil mix and saute. the gram flour has been cooked in hot oil.
* Step 2
Add Kashmiri red Chilli powder, curd, and all powder spices mentioned above for marination. Mix well. add paneer cut onion, capsicum, and paneer cubes. Coated gently all veggies with masala.
* Step 3
Take skewer Put marinated paneer on to skewer alternately capsicum onion and paneer. Take a skillet add 1 tbsp oil heat it and place the sckrewer on it roast until the marinated dried up and a black spot appears. keep aside. Heat 1/4 cup oil in a kadhai add whole spices saute for 30 seconds, add chopped onion fry until they turn golden brown.
* Step 4
When onion turns brown add all the powder and spices mentioned for gravy and tomatoes. mix well cover and cook on low to medium flame until the tomatoes turn mushy and oil is released..
* Step 5
Add the remaining marination and mix it. add slit green chilies and chopped coriander leaves. mix and add the roasted paneer tikka.mix gently.
* Step 6
Add malai or cream. add 1/2 cup water and cover. Bring it to a boil. turn off the flame. The paneer tikka is ready to Serve.
